Who We Are 


Peter McCampbell learned in the maturing Broadcast Television Business that you had to obtain more productivity from every person on your staff to hit budgets and grow share of market. There were System challenges and People Challenges and Peter wanted to work out as many of those People Challenges as possible since those were within his control.

Peter spent his Broadcast years in Local Sales, National Sales, Sales Management and Corporate Management with the never ending goal of hiring, developing and retaining the most talented people.

Peter transitioned into the Sales and Management Training Industry to focus on his skills of developing people. He spent five years working with clients generating additional revenue by helping them recruit, develop and retain the best and the brightest talent available. He has utilized many different forms of profiling and assessment tools over the years and in 2006 developed a strategic business partnership with an international world-renowned firm. He uses their tools as part of his coaching process in helping his clients hire, develop and retain the best employees.

Peter has discovered that it is not just ‘High Tech’ but ‘High Touch’ that moves this process continually forward. To further that belief and add additional value to the process for his clients, he completed and was awarded the prestigious Sherpa Executive Coaching certification from Texas Christian University in 2007.
